The company headquarters is located in the city of Durres, 400m from the port exit and at the entrance of highway Durres-Tirana. The headquarters cover a territory of 1870m2 building and a 1400m2 parking space.This territory includes:

On the edge of the highway Tirane-Durres at 21/km KAPPAOIL COMPANY possesses building land of 6500 m2 onwich a project for constructing a complex of 4-units with a surface 1000m2 each, and an object 4-stories high with a surface 1000m2 total, 250m2 each floor includes offices, showroom, acomodation areas, service areas etc.

The Production of Lubricants Establishment

The establishment of production for lubricants is located at 16/km on the highway Tirana-Durres on a total territory surface of 5600m2. In this establishment are installed the lines of production, wraping, packaging of lubricant oils for light & heavy vehicles, industrial, agriculture, marine, motocycles, chemicals, grease, antifreeze.The production line is made of:

  • Stocking raw material in tank
  • Storage of raw material
  • Mixing equipments
  • Wraping & packaging equipments from 250ml to 1 000 lt

Establishment for production of rubber & moquette carmats.

Near the lubricant oils production establishment is located the establishment for the production of rubber & moquette mats. This establishment covers a 2800m2 territory that includes:

  • Storage of raw material
  • Heavy equipment for rubber mixing
  • Machineries & Calanders for the processing & disposition of the half-ready rubber product
  • Powerfull cutting machneries for carmats production
  • Carmats packaging equipment
  • Machineries for the production of moquette carmats

According to the table of contents, the last 5-years the assets grew up to 62% compare to the year 2011 and our goal for 2016 is to reach 8.92million Euro wich a major investment is the development of construction of the new facilities near the highway Durres-Tirana and having as our primari goal to be the biggest lubricants center in Albania. This investment reaches the figure of 2.5 milion Euro.

TURNOVER

Of course one of the main standarts of a company is the turnover. In the year 2015 the company’s turnover was 8.2million Euro. According to the table of contents it shows clearly a considerably turnover progress. The year 2015 compare to the year 2011 has a 58% growth. For the year 2016 our goal is reaching a turnover of 9.6 million Euro.

CAPITAL

KAPPAOIL has a solid financial structure. The company’s capital is 3.62 milion Euro.
According to the table of contents our capital grew by 54% in comparison with the year 2011.
